SFUSD has reached a tentative agreement with UESF. All SFUSD schools and work sites are open to staff only on Friday, Feb. 13, 2026 as a transition day. SFUSD schools will reopen to all students and resume normal operations on Wednesday, Feb. 18.

You can temporarily receive 20–25 pounds of groceries delivered directly to your door through the SF-Marin Food Bank. Due to limited resources, this program is first-come-first-serve and may fill up.
Students age 17 and under affected by the current teachers' strike are welcome to visit SF Zoo for free on weekdays starting Friday, Feb. 13 until further notice. Students age 14 and under will need to be accompanied by a paying adult.
