Executive SummaryThe project is currently rated Yellow due to persistent data quality concerns—especially related to payroll and dual data entry for positions and assignments—continue to pose risks as the go-live date approaches. Resource constraints limited the availability of one-on-one time for SFUSD, impacting overall readiness. There are also still concerns with delays in SFUSD decision-making on key processes and lack of proactiveness remain a significant risk to the project timeline. But we did print AP checks today and we will be going live with payroll so Project Schedule Health was updated to Green from Yellow. We are anxiously awaiting and hopeful for positive results of running the first Frontline payroll with Carole onsite this week. Our goal is to process tomorrow, Friday, 7/18.
AccomplishmentsPrenote sent, AP, payroll vendor & employee payroll checks PASSED, final weekly imports provided last week, ACH file passed with bank, FL corrected deduc/contrib issue with phase 2 SFERS Payroll file, progress on benefits customizations—3 of 4 are back with Kathy, completed some tasks from Carole's open office hours, budget transfer process training, multiple expedited database requests completed, imported missing employee taxes, suppressed YTD on checks, employee portal live, AP checks printed/live.
