New Affordable Housing Opportunity! 750 Golden Gate Link to this section
A new Affordable Rental Housing project with a preference for SFUSD and City College of San Francisco employees will be accepting applications soon! Located at 750 Golden Gate, Brightwell West will include 75 units of affordable rental housing. We want to ensure that all employees are aware of this exciting opportunity and have the resources they need to submit an application.
MidPen Housing is the construction manager and will oversee property management and lease up of the building. Construction is estimated to be complete in late 2026, with lease up taking place into 2027. Information about the property is available on the MidPen Housing website.
Applications for Brightwell West will be accepted through DAHLIA, the San Francisco Housing Portal. We expect the application window to open in late April 2026. We look forward to sharing more updates about this exciting opportunity in the coming weeks!
