About Us
The mission of our ExCEL After School Programs is to create and sustain "safe havens" at public schools where students and community members can access expanded learning opportunities and integrated education, health, social service, and cultural programs in the out-of-school hours.
After School Programs
The 21st Century Community Learning Centers, ASES, ASSETS, and new Expanded Learning Opportunities programs provide a safe place for students to go after school, as well as opportunities for education and enrichment.

Our ExCEL programs strive to create high quality school-based afterschool experiences for youth. We imagine ourselves as a vehicle—supporting young people on their academic, social, and emotional journeys.
