Discovery Day at Oracle Park returns April 24 in-person to transform the ballpark into a science field of dreams. They’ll be more than 100 hands-on science experiments, games, and demonstrations. This is a FREE event to all Bay Area families.

This very special, one night only theatrical event will celebrate eight brand new original plays written by teens all of which chronicle their experiences with Covid-19 during the pandemic. From the disasters of online school to the devastation of shops closing, from the glorious imagination of little children to the wildfire orange skies, this experience provided our student playwrights and designers the opportunity to process their grief, distress and to find the silver linings and discover the power of storytelling.

SFUSD community invited to the Deeper Learning Bonanza. This virtual celebration event will showcase teacher practices as well as provide space for rich conversation about how to scale and amplify Deeper Learning throughout the district. 

Pathway to Teaching seeks passionate experienced Spanish Bilingual and Education Specialists Teacher Educators for our summer 2022 Pre-Service Preparation program!

Attention seniors attending CCSF in the fall. CCSF FRISCO Week 2022 starts on Saturday, April 30, 2022 with CCSF Connect Day. 

The C&I Math Department is excited to offer a five-day course for teachers with an interest in the SFUSD Complex Instruction program, a pedagogy grounded in research that is centered on students' mathematical strengths and mitigating hierarchical status issues. This course will be held from June 6 to June 10, 2022. Current SFUSD teachers will be compensated at the extended hourly rate for each summer day.

Spend the summer empowering middle schoolers from low-income neighborhoods and teaching the way you love to teach—innovative curriculum, small classes, supportive community, and endless opportunities to inspire as a part of our teaching team!

SFUSD is recruiting selected sites and teachers to pilot 6-8th E/LA curricular resources from EL Education.
