Enrollment Center schedule during winter break Link to this section
The Enrollment Center is open during winter break, and will observe the schedule below:
- December 22-24, and December 26: Office, phone, and email open
- December 25, 2025: closed for holiday
- December 29-31, 2025 and January 2, 2026: Phone and email open, but office closed
- January 1, 2026: closed for holiday
- January 5-9, 2026: Office, phone, and email open.
Winter Open Enrollment runs from December 22, 2025 to January 9, 2026. During that window, current SFUSD students can transfer schools, into any school which has open space. January 9 is the last day to transfer during the 2025-26 school year.

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday 8am to 12:00pm, and 1:00pm to 4:30pm.
The Enrollment Center office and phone are closed for lunch from 12:00-1:00 PM daily.
We serve families and students for grades Transitional Kindergarten-12th. If you are looking for PreKindergarten (preschool), please see Early Education Programs.

The Early Education Enrollment Office is open from 8am to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday. You can also reach us at: (415) 241-6085 or (415) 401-2500.
Parents can call our main numbers and dial their enrollment specialist’s extension to leave a message if necessary on the SFUSD Early Education Department Enrollment Offices at 555 Franklin (415) 241-6085 or at 1520 Oakdale (415) 401-2500.
