Beginning in January 2022 there will be changes to the Color platform for registration of test kits. Staff will be asked to complete a consent form to authorize Color Health to bill your health insurance provider for prior and future tests. 

Beginning December 13th, two questions will be added to the Smartsheets COVID Case Submission Form for positive cases.

Remember that large events, including assemblies and school dances, must follow San Francisco Department of Public Health safety guidelines!

SFUSD is not accepting COVID-19 tests done at home! And new guidance has removed restrictions from field trips during the day.
