Updated: How to Report Student COVID-19 Cases

Starting on January 10th:  If your student tests positive for COVID-19, is symptomatic, or is a close contact, you should immediately call the COVID-19 Support Line at 415-660-9850

  • Before contacting the school, families should contact the COVID-19 Support Line to report cases of COVID-19.  
  • If you receive a phone call from the caller ID “SFUSD COVID”, you may have tested positive through an SFUSD testing service or have been identified as a close contact.
