SFDPH Community COVID Testing Calendar

Families can get tested for COVID-19 at the following San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH) community test sites. Families can also find additional testing options here. 

Dates and times are subject to change. Please check here for updated dates and times before heading to the test site. 

Thursday, August 11: 

• Mission Hub- 10 am to 3 pm - 19th Street and Alabama Street
• Bayview Opera House- 9 am to 4 pm - 4705 3rd Street
• UC Hastings Testing Van  - 8 am to 11am Tenderloin/200 McAllister St (Hours of operation are subject to change at anytime. Please check here for updated hours before heading to the site). 

Friday, August 12: 

• NOW Hunters Point - 9 am to 4 pm - 155 Jennings Street
• Lakeview/OMI Neighborhood Site - 9 am to 4 pm - 446 Randolph Street

Saturday, August 13: 

• NOW Hunters Point - 9 am to 4 pm - 155 Jennings Street

Sunday, August 14: 

• NOW Hunters Point - 10 am to 3 pm - 155 Jennings Street

Monday, August 15: 

• Bayview Opera House- 9 am to 4 pm - 4705 3rd Street
• 20 Norton Street -10 am to 6 pm
• Mission Family Health, Tay Clinic Testing Van - 8 am to 4 pm (Closes from 12pm to 12:30 pm) - 755/759 South Van Ness 
• 1099 Sunnydale Ave (Visitacion Valley) - 8 am to 4 pm - 1099 Sunnydale Ave

Tuesday, August 16: 

• 90 Kiska Road - 10 am to 3 pm
• GLIDE Memorial Church parking lot - 10 am to 4 pm - 330 Ellis Street
• Bayview Opera House- 9 am to 5 pm (Closes from 12pm to 12:30 pm) - 4705 3rd Street
• Treasure Island - 12pm to 6pm - 850 Avenue H next to Island Cove Market (Hours of operation are subject to change at anytime. Please check here for updated hours before heading to the site). 

Wednesday, August 17: 

• GLIDE Memorial Church parking lot - 10 am to 4 pm - 330 Ellis Street
• Kapwa Gardens - 1:30 pm to 7pm - 967 Mission 
• 2055 Sunnydale Avenue - 9:30 am to 4 pm
• 16th Mission & 16th Testing Van (in front of the Victoria Theatre) - 11am to 6pm (Closes from 12pm to 12:30 pm)
