Does your student still need to get any required immunizations for school?
The San Francisco Health Network (SFHN) is hosting immunization clinics from August 20 to 27:

Important:
- All required immunizations for school will be available
- The COVID vaccine will also be available
- Open to all San Francisco residents who are children regardless of insurance or medical home
- No requirement to be a SFHN patient
- Walk in only, no appointment necessary
- Please bring any vaccination records you have for your child
- No ID necessary for caregivers or children
