About Kindergarten to College (K2C)

The City & County of San Francisco's Kindergarten to College (K2C) program, in partnership with San Francisco Unified School District, will automatically open a college savings account with a $50 deposit for each student entering kindergarten or a program grade in SFUSD.

To open the K2C account, SFUSD will share, confidentially, certain student information with the San Francisco Treasurer's Office, the financial partner, Citibank, and administrative partner(s) solely for opening the account.

Please read the attached documents for more information on K2C.
