About The Citywide Tutorial Program:

SFUSD's Citywide Tutorial Program provides 1-to-1 tutoring at your student's after-school program to bridge the achievement gap for African Americans enrolled enrolled in SFUSD schools, Kindergarten through 12th grade.

Program Offerings: 

  • Peer Tutoring and Mentorship (High School Paid Internships)
  • Specialized Subjects (Advanced Math and Reading Techniques
  • 1:1 Help Sessions (Private tutors) 

What the Program Needs: 

  • Credentialed and Para Educators
  • Volunteer Tutors 
  • Location Partners
