Breakthrough SF Application Open for 4th Grade!

Breakthrough SF is an out of school time college access program for 5th-12th graders in SF.

Our community is an inclusive and supportive community of learners committed to the success of our students through providing afterschool support during the school year and summer program during their middle school years, along with admissions support, financial literacy and skill building.

Our main entry point is 4th grade, though we may have some openings for 5th grade applicants to join as rising 6th graders.

Information Sessions: 

We have 2 information sessions at the SF Day School (350 Masonic Ave. SF):

• Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. 
• Thursday, Jan. 18, 2024 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
