Immunization pop-up clinic moved to this Saturday, Mar. 9

This immunization clinic is for high school students (ages 14-17) still missing required immunizations.

Appointments are required: 

• Families must call 415-309-3417 to register and must provide their child’s immunization records prior to the event to expedite the process.
• Families should bring SFUSD immunization or exclusion letters to the event. 
• Event capacity is 50 families.
