Frontline and Red Rover Will Go Live on July 1

On July 1, 2025, SFUSD will fully launch Frontline, its new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and Red Rover, its new Human Capital Management (HCM) system. 

Both Frontline and Red Rover will serve as the foundation of all budget, payroll, and human resource functions across SFUSD. 

Frontline is a centralized ERP platform that will help manage day-to-day activities and tasks related to SFUSD business, including budget development, procurement, payroll processing, benefits, credentialing, and retirement reporting. Frontline is currently used by over 60% of school districts and county offices across California. 

Red Rover is a HCM solution that will handle critical functions such as recruiting, onboarding, absence tracking, and time management.
