Apply to DELAC Youth Leaders Program; Open to High School Students

The DELAC Youth Leaders Program empowers Multilingual Learner (ML) students to uplift their voices and advocate for equity and inclusion across the district. Youth leaders will collaborate with district staff, participate in leadership development activities, and contribute their insights to improve programs and services for ML students.

Participants will gain experience that will serve them in school and beyond, including leadership, policy advocacy, public speaking, and cultural competency.

Fellowship Stipend: students may earn up to $600 per semester for successful participation and completion of program requirements.
