SFUSD will host the 2025 Digital PSAT/NMSQT exam for SFUSD students at Lowell High School on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. OR Monday, October 13, 2025, at 8:30 a.m.

SFUSD will be hosting the 2025 PSAT/NMSQT at Lowell High School for only SFUSD students on Saturday, October 11, 2025, OR Monday, October 13, 2025; starting at 8:30 am and ending by 12 noon on either date. Students will choose their PSAT exam date from those two options when registering.

Registration will be open to all 10th and 11th grade SFUSD students from August 18 to September 27, 2025. The cost is $18; and no cost for only free and reduced lunch students in the 11th grade. See https://user.totalregistration.net/PSAT/052970 for registration and more information. On test day, you will need to bring your valid physical picture ID, fully-charged SFUSD-managed Chromebook with the Bluebook app installed and ready, and PSAT-approved calculator.

---

UC/CSU and many other universities are no longer accepting SAT for consideration for admission and the PSAT is completely optional. If you have questions about whether the PSAT is right for you, please see your High School counselor.

If students have previously-approved SSD accommodations through College Board, the accommodations will be automatically applied to the PSAT. If you don't have approved accommodations via College Board, you will need to contact your school's SSD coordinator (usually a guidance counselor) to apply and see if you get approved in time for the PSAT.

For questions related to the PSAT, please reach out to your school counselor. For additional questions, reach out to Jonathan Fong.
