Important Reminder for Parents Seeking MFIF Results

MFIF results letters or Direct Certification letters are available to you at any time!

If you have a parent or are a parent who needs a copy of their Student Direct Certification letter or MFIF results letter:

• Check for a SchoolCafe parent account.
  • If a parent has a School Cafe account, the letter is downloadable and found under > Eligibility Info > Notifications tab
• Check email inbox or junk. Search for subject line: SFUSD Direct Certification or SFUSD MFIF Results.
• Confirm the parent email address on file with SFUSD (ParentVue/Synergy), and if possible, take the necessary steps to update it in ParentVue, instructions in the letter.
• If a parent has tried and is still unable to access their letter in their inbox or their schoolcafe.com parent account, request the letter from SNS at schoollunch@sfusd.edu and include the student's full name and DOB or Student ID.
