Achieve, Inspire, Motivate
SFO AIM High is a virtual-based program that introduces current high school students to the aviation industry through virtual learning and early career exposure. Students participating in SFO AIM High will engage in a unique program that provides exposure to aviation-related careers, led by industry experts. These workshops are intended to be insightful, interactive, and educational. Upon successful completion of the program, students will gain valuable knowledge that can enhance their readiness for future opportunities, including the Summer High School Internship at SFO.
Please note: participation in SFO AIM High does not guarantee placement or selection for an internship with SFO.
SFO seeks students and youth who are enthusiastic about learning more about SFO and its various career opportunities, and who are ready to contribute actively during program workshops and discussions. Participants must be willing to commit to 3 sessions (with final session optional) as outlined below:
Program Outline:
Orientation + Intro to Careers in Aviation (virtual) - Jan. 6, 4:00 -5:00 p.m.
Resume Building Workshop (virtual) - Jan. 8, 4:00 -5:00 p.m.
Interview Skills Workshop (virtual) - Jan. 13, 4:00 -5:00 p.m.
Tour & Graduation Ceremony (in-person @ SFO) - Jan. 15, 4:00 -6:00 p.m.
Program Dates: January 6, 8, 13, 15, 2026
