Announcement Message
On behalf of the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA), who is leading the Embarcadero Connectivity Plan – a community-based, long-range transportation plan focused on improving safety, access, and connectivity along San Francisco’s northeastern waterfront. This effort will identify phased improvements over the coming decades to enhance mobility, advance equity, support climate action, and strengthen the waterfront’s resiliency.
As part of this work, we are forming a Community Working Group (CWG) of 10–15 community representatives to help guide the planning process. The CWG will serve as a collaborative forum for community consultation on key deliverables and strategies that shape the plan’s development and future implementation.
We are inviting Self-Help for the Elderly to either participate directly or nominate a representative who can speak to the experiences, priorities, and mobility needs of communities you serve.
