Indian Education: Beading Workshops and Parent Meetings

SFUSD Indian Education will host a Beadwork Series for Indigenous students and their families out of our center at Sanchez Elementary. Workshops will be followed with PAC meetings 6-7pm on both Wednesdays.

Join us for one or both evenings to Learn and Share about the cultural practice of Beadwork and give your input for the 2026-27 School year. Bring any of your current projects or start a new design! Each participant will have the option to start a pair of earrings, simple necklace, or medallion. All skill levels are welcome.

Dates: Wednesdays, April 15 and April 22, 2026
Time: 4:00 - 6:00 pm
Location: Bungalow 2, Sanchez Elementary. 325 Sanchez St., San Francisco, Ca. 94110

Schedule: 

  • Dinner served at 4pm.
  • Workshop 4-6pm.
  • PAC Meetings 6-7pm.

Light dinner and beading materials will be provided.
