Announcement Message

If a student is off track, a letter may have been sent home or sent electronically. If you received this letter and would like to meet with our district counseling team to review a-g/graduation requirements and create  plan to help your child get back on track, please complete the registeration form. Once you submit the form, a SFUSD counselor will be communicating with you to confirm your appointment time and provide the zoom link to access your appointment virtually in the evening or on the weekend. 

What does it mean to be ON TRACK for graduation?

  • A student is on track to graduate high school in four years following the A-G/Graduation Requirements
  • Student meets credit and subject benchmarks (course grades with D or higher) according to the student’s expected grade level by the end of each semester.
  • *To be CSU/UC eligible, students must earn a C or higher in A-G requirements

What to expect for your appointment:

  • Translation if you requested a language other than English
  • Meeting with experienced and trained SFUSD School Counselor
  • Review of graduation requirements
  • Review of off track status
  • Develop plan and strategies to get back on track and reconnect with student's school counselor at their school site if needed.
