About Project Avary

Project Avary provides long-term emotional support, mentorship, leadership development and community for youth ages 8 and up. Project Avary works with children who are often overlooked by traditional systems. 

Programming is designed to help participants build resilience, confidence, emotional regulation, and leadership skills. 

Programming includes outdoor leadership focused on healing, teamwork, nature experiences, and mentorship. 

Youth are trained to mentor younger youth participants and take on community leadership roles
