What is Y LEAD?

A 3-week program for rising 7th-9th graders focused on leadership, personal growth, and future exploration where teens build skills and practice them in real-world settings. 

Participants Will: 

  • Build leadership, communication and teamwork skills through hands-on experience
  • Grow confidence while exploring personal goals, interests, and future pathways including higher education, careers, and entrepeneurship
  • Learn practical life skills like goal setting, decision-making and financial literacy
  • Apply their leadership by supporting elementary camp in a structured, supervised setting
