Not Receiving SFUSD or School Messages? Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

We want to make sure you receive important emails from SFUSD and your child’s school.

SFUSD and our schools use tools such as SchoolMessenger and Synergy Mail to send important messages to families. If you are receiving these messages, no further action is needed.

If you are not receiving messages from SFUSD or your school, please check your email’s spam or junk folder. Some school or district messages may have been filtered there. If you find a message from SFUSD or your school in your spam or junk folder, please mark it as “Not spam” or “Not junk.” You can also add the sender’s email address to your contacts or safe-sender list to help ensure future messages reach your inbox.
