Complete the SAFEH Annual Housing Survey for 2026-27

The Students and Families Experiencing Homelessness (SAFEH) annual housing survey is essential in identifying students experiencing housing transitions, instability, and homelessness who qualify for McKinney-Vento support and making sure they know their educational rights.

Action Required: Please take a moment to complete the housing survey. New this year: families have the option to complete the housing survey via a Google form. In this folder, you’ll find flyers with a QR code that will lead you to an electronic copy of the survey. If you prefer a paper copy, please inquire at the front office of your child(ren)’s school.
