Announcement Message
SFUSD is asking families across San Francisco to take a survey about the future of elementary school assignments. The survey asks about how your child gets to school, what you know about schools near your home, and what a school would need for you to feel comfortable sending your child there.
Every family in San Francisco is invited to participate. Your child does not need to attend an SFUSD school to take the survey. If your child attends a private or charter school, or is not yet in school, we especially want to hear from you.
The survey is anonymous, and there are no wrong answers. It is available in English, Spanish, Chinese, Filipino, Vietnamese, Arabic, and Samoan.
In October, SFUSD staff will report back publicly on what they heard from families, giving the SF Board of Education input to help guide its decision-making.
