Voices - An Ethnic Studies Survey

Since 2022, SFUSD has committed to ensuring that students and teachers have high quality instructional materials across grade levels and content areas. As highlighted by our K-8 Language and Literacy and K-8 Math curriculum adoption processes, this work has included rigorous evaluation, community engagement and robust data collection and analysis.

Timeline to Implement an Interim Ethnic Studies Curriculum for the 2025-26 school year and initial steps for a permanent Ethnic Studies Curriculum for 2026-27 school year.
