Ignite a passion for healthy living and culinary creativity with our SNACK Club (Student Nutrition Advocacy Crew Kids). Designed for middle school students, our program provides hands-on cooking experiences, nutrition education, and connections to wellness centers. By empowering students with practical culinary skills and knowledge about food systems, we cultivate lifelong well-being and healthier habits, enhancing their overall wellness. Join is on a transformative journey towards healthier habits and vibrant future.

1. Hands-on Cooking Experience
Our program offers students the opportunity to engage in interactive cooking sessions where they can explore diverse recipes, essential culinary techniques, and unleash their creativity in the kitchen.
2. Nutrition & Food Systems Education
We are committed to educating students about the importance of making informed food choices. Through interactive workshops and discussions, we delve into topics such as understanding nutritional values, exploring sustainable food systems, and developing healthy eating habits for lifelong well-being.
3. Connection to Wellness Centers
We recognize the significance of wellness centers in supporting students' overall health and well-being. By collaborating with the wellness centers in our district, our program aims to create a stronger bond between students and this valuable resource, encouraging them to make full use of the wellness services available to them.
4. Peer Education & Outreach Model
Our program believes in the power of peer education. We empower student participants to become ambassadors of healthy living and nutrition within their schools and communities. Through leadership training and mentorship opportunities, students develop valuable skills while inspiring their peers to make positive lifestyle choices.
