The Multilingual Pathways Department will award the Biliteracy Program Participation Recognition to all 5th and 8th graders in language programs leading to bilingualism and biliteracy, as encouraged by the California Department of Education.

SFUSD Indian Education will host a Beadwork Series for Indigenous students and their families out of our center at Sanchez Elementary on Wednesdays, April 15 and April 22. Workshops will be followed with PAC meetings 6-7pm on both Wednesdays.

Project Avary is a free nonprofit program supporting youth affected by parental separation due to incarceration, detention, or deportation by providing mentoring, community, and leadership development opportunities. Learn more about its programs.

This virtual program provides an overview of youth mental health issues, including contributing factors, warning signs related to mental health challenges, and ways to support children and teenagers.
