Overall Project Health: Yellow (working through customizations with the City) 

 

Frontline CA ERP and Replicated Database: 85% work complete = Yellow

HR/Payroll Workstream: 91% = Yellow

Finance Workstream: 96% = Yellow 

System Workstream: 90% = Yellow 

SFERS Customizations: 77% = Red

Substitute Management: 100% Complete

Status: Green

 

Hiring: 95% complete 

Onboarding - 95% complete 

Status: Green

Notes: Fine tuning reporting, interfaces, and internal processes

Leave and Time Configuration in Progress Status = Green
