While the team is confident in its ability to calculate SFERS for the payroll go-live, uncertainties surrounding the SFERS payroll file and reporting to the City, keeping up with due dates of tasks and FL needing a detailed comparison of pay compares the health is kept at yellow. For SFUSD to be green, FL would need answers on the payroll file and feel confident in how we can handle, the project tasks need to stay on track and to receive the pay compare analysis and FL feel confident in results.

The great news SFUSD continues to make great progress and is working hard to stay on track! Keep it up!
