Booker T. Washington Community Service Center is partnering with the new Kaiser Permanente Vaccine Clinic at City Center!

Come visit Monday through Friday from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm! 2675 Geary Blvd. (corner of Geary Blvd. and Presidio Ave. Free parking available in Lot F.

Youth ages 5-17 can receive a $100 Target gift card, while supplies last, for their first vaccine dose. Priority will be give to Western Addition and Fillmore residents. 

Kaiser Permanente members and non-members are welcome. 

Pfizer vaccines and boosters are available. Please bring one form of ID. 

Walk-ins are available, but appointments are encouraged.

English, Spanish, Chinese, Live video interpreters, including ASL
