Please help us by taking the Hopes and Needs Survey
Now that ALHS has become a Community School we are looking to build out a set of resources and partnerships to support students and families at Lincoln High School.
While we don't expect to be able to meet everyone's needs right away, we hope to learn from you about how Lincoln can help you feel more supported. Please answer honestly to the best of your ability. Thank you.

Multipurpose Family Income Form (Free/Reduced Price Lunch)
We are fortunate that, for now, school meals are free to all SFUSD students, regardless of family income. But is still very important for all ALHS families to complete Multipurpose Family Income Form (MFIF) in order to unlock valuable benefits, both for themselves and for the school as a whole.
Check out our page for more information about how to complete the form and what the benefits are for families.
