SFUSD will discontinue its individualized reclassification process for English Learners (ELs) with disabilities to comply with new California Department of Education (CDE) guidelines. All students, including those with IEPs, must meet the same statewide reclassification criteria, including ELPAC cut scores. IEP teams can participate in the reclassification process, but must follow state criteria.
