The Camp Fire has caused smoky skies throughout the Bay Area for days, and Burton High School Academy of Health Sciences students are taking it upon themselves to find out just what’s in the air.
In an effort to promote civic engagement, the Department of Elections offers a High School Poll Worker Program in which 500 SFUSD students serve San Francisco voters on Election Day at neighborhood polling places throughout the City.
