Queridos padres de familia y apoderados-
¡Nos complace comunicarles el lanzamiento de un nuevo programa de aceleración del idioma inglés a finales de este mes!
Su estudiante ha sido seleccionado para esta oportunidad basándose en sus resultados de lectura del examen ELPAC (English Language Proficiency Assessments for California).
Para asegurar el lugar de su hijo(a) y ayudarnos a adaptar este programa a las necesidades de su familia, los invitamos a una reunión informativa:
Fecha: Viernes, 16 de enero de 2026
- Hora: 5:30 p.m. a 7:00 p.m.
- Lugar: Biblioteca de la escuela
- BONO: También compartiremos actualizaciones sobre el presupuesto escolar para el año 2026-27.

Invitation: Introducing a New English Acceleration Program for MLK Students
Dear MLK Middle School Families,
We are excited to announce a new English language acceleration program launching at the end of this month! Your student has been selected for this opportunity based on their ELPAC (English Language Proficiency Assessments for California) reading scores. This program will be offered before-school or after school and is designed to help your student accelerate their reading proficiency.
To secure your child’s spot and help us tailor this program to your family's needs, please join us for a meeting:
- Date: Friday, January 16, 2026
- Time: 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
- Location: School Library
- Bonus: We will also share updates regarding the 2026-27 school year budget.
Dinner will be provided for all attendees. Childcare is available. We look forward to seeing you there and partnering with you to support your student’s success!
