  • Available the day of the SFUSD Enrollment Fair
  • List Ruth Asawa SOTA as a priority school
• APPLICATION DEADLINE:  Friday, December 11, 2027, 5pm
• AUDITION ASSIGNMENTS DEADLINE:  UPLOAD for required Art Departments by December 11, 2026
• AUDITION DAY:   Saturday, January 9, 2027, Times by Art Department/TBD
• Audition Time and Details (vary by art department) and are posted on our website Dec. 19, 2026 by 5pm (please check back).
• Ruth Asawa SOTA Audition Results:  Qualifying students (only) are notified via email by TBD
• SFUSD Placement Results:   March
• SFUSD High School Registration Deadline:    April
