Balboa Youth Outreach Workers (YOW's)

The Balboa Youth Outreach Workers (YOW's) are a small cohort of students that works directly out of the Wellness Center with the CHOW (Community Health Outreach Worker). YOW's collaborate with the CHOW on organizing events and presentations reflective of Bal student needs. They participate in trainings and youth conferences in the bay area. YOW's receive a hourly rate for up to 70 hours for their participation in the program.
