Monroe is a diverse school located in the Excelsior district that hosts three language programs serving children from many linguistic backgrounds around the city. We offer an English Language Development, a Chinese Bilingual, and a Spanish Immersion program. At Monroe, making social justice a reality means that Monroe is a safe place where students, parents, and teachers are engaged in open, honest discussions about the academic progress and the emotional well-being of our students, as well as our shared vision of success for Monroe's students.

Mission is located in front of the beautiful Dolores Park where the neighborhoods of the Mission, Noe Valley, and the Castro meet. The campus is accessible from all parts of the City with its central location. We instill positive social values, acceptance, and an appreciation for the diversity represented at Mission. Our academic focus school-wide is aimed at preparing ALL of our students for college and careers with rigorous courses including a rich array of AP and honors courses.

Mission: Miraloma Elementary School is the home of a diverse and inclusive community that respects and celebrates the differences and strengths of each member. Our mission is to nurture the whole child through dynamic and authentic learning experiences that spark their curiosity and guide them to uncover new interests, passions and creative expression. Teachers, parents and administration work together to provide a safe and supportive environment for students to discover new things and embrace mistakes as learning opportunities as students grow towards independence.

HMCRA is a small public school in the Castro that is named after the neighborhood’s most famous persona, Harvey Milk.

McCoppin Elementary School is a multi-award winning, high-achieving school in the Inner Richmond, a short walk from Golden Gate Park. We believe equity and social justice are achieved when all students are taught with deep attention to their specific needs. We deliver this individualized approach through our diverse support staff of a speech clinician, a school psychologist, a social worker, and a Resources Special Program (RSP) teacher with a paraeducator.

Founded in 1856 in San Francisco, Lowell High School is the oldest public high school west of the Mississippi. It is ranked as one of the highest performing public high schools in California, and has been recognized 4 times as a National Blue Ribbon School, 8 times as a California Distinguished School, and one time as a Gold Ribbon School. Lowell has been consistently ranked #1 in the Western Region for the number of Advanced Placement Exams given.

Abraham Lincoln High School is a comprehensive high school with a long history of high expectations and excellence. The goal is to provide a positive, nurturing school environment that supports high academic performance and high student self-image. We recognize that students bring their diverse experiences into the classroom, and believe instruction should be responsive to different student learning needs.

Claire Lilienthal is a California Distinguished school with a mission to inspire each student to achieve their maximum potential in an academically, culturally, and socially inclusive environment. Lilienthal was founded on the ideals of equity, academic excellence, and parent partnership. These ideals continue to undergird the work we do today.
