Discrimination At Your School
SFUSD seeks to provide a school environment that allows all students equal access and opportunities in the district's academic and other educational support programs, services, and activities.
No Fees for Essential School Activities
All students have a right to take part in educational activities at school without paying a fee, deposit or other charge. An "educational activity" is an activity offered by a school or school district that is an integral part of a student's education.
Sexual Harassment/Gender-based Discrimination
Title IX promotes equity in education by ensuring that girls and women receive equal resources and treatment in the classroom and provides protections for students who are sexually harassed and discriminated against and/or bullied based on their gender.
