Employee Support for General Technology
Employees may submit a technology service request ticket and search frequently asked questions (FAQs) through the Department of Technology Online Service Request System, or you may telephone the Help Desk at 415-241-6476. Phone lines are open during normal business hours (holidays excluded).

Employee Support for Red Rover and Frontline (Human Resources & Payroll) Link to this section
To view Human Resources and Payroll support resources for Red Rover and Frontline, or to submit a related support ticket, navigate to the Human Resources & Business Services Employee Support Center. To submit a support ticket, click Sign in in the upper right of the window and use your SFUSD account to sign in. The Payroll and Human Resources Departments also have a telephone Employee Support Call Center that may be reached by calling 628-900-0901 or 415-463-1550 during normal business hours. Support for Systems Outside of the Department of Technology Link to this section
Some SFUSD systems are maintained and supported directly by departments outside the Department of Technology. While DoT has a link to these systems on our page (see below), support should be requested through the appropriate department.
