Senior Final Transcript Request

All senior students will receive an email to their SFUSD email accounts on May 1st, that includes information on how to request final transcripts to be sent to colleges/universities. In addition, senior students will receive an email directly from Parchment that will include the link to register for an account. Senior students must use that link to register and request final transcripts. 

Important notes:

  • Once ordered, transcripts will be put "on hold" in Parchment until final semester grades are posted
  • Seniors can track their transcript request status through Parchment and will receive notifications when their transcripts are processed
  • If a senior has taken classes outside of SFUSD and reported those classes to their college/university (concurrent enrollment classes), they are responsible for sending official transcripts - separate from this SFUSD process.
