Transcript and Records Request

Current Students

Official Transcripts

A student only needs an OFFICIAL transcript when a college, employment agency, transfer school or scholarship provider requests it. Official transcripts are signed, sealed, stamped with the SFUSD logo and sent in a sealed envelope or emailed electronically with a SFUSD staff signature and stamped. Please see the registrar at the Counseling Office to obtain the Official Transcript Request Form. If the student is under 18, a parent signature is required for release of records.

Normally a transcript can be prepared in 1-2 business days, but during “peak” season, and due to the high volume of requests, it may take up to 5 business days. Please plan ahead, and try not to wait until the last minute.

Unofficial Transcripts

Unofficial Transcripts (Watermarked) for 9th-12th grade students will be posted to the StudentVue & ParentVue accounts.

Transferred Students

Student Record requests can be emailed/faxed/mailed by the requesting school to the Registrar. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. Transcripts will be emailed/faxed to the requesting school while the records are being processed.

Withdraw from school

Are you moving or not returning to Wallenberg High School next year?

Here’s how to checkout your student:

  • 1. Please email the Registrar,  sch785@sfusd.edu, and let her know where your student will be attending next and their last day of attendance at Wallenberg High School.
  • 2. The Withdrawal Slip will be drawn up for the student to obtain exit grades from their teachers. To not  cause any disruption while classes are in session please be prepared for your student to attend the entire school day since they’ll be meeting with all of their teachers.
    • The parent/guardian should accompany their student when disenrolling by meeting with the Registrar
    • The student(s) must return all textbooks/books, empty their locker, and return the assigned padlock
  • 3. Once the Withdrawal Slip is complete and signed by both the teachers and the Librarian, Mr. Hollander, the student will return to the Counseling Office and Ms. Sasha will provide the student with their withdrawal packet. This will contain: a current copy of the student's transcript, their immunization record, and the withdrawal form.
  • 4. If applicable, please return your student technology using one of the methods below:
    • If you are leaving, or have left, SFUSD, please return any district technology to the Main Office at Wallenberg High School.
