How to read the schedule

Each school has 4 town halls in one day; two in the morning, two in the afternoon. The content for each town hall is the same, unless listed differently.
A town hall is listed with the the following information: hosted language, grade/program focus, ADA service provided. For example: an 11:00 am town hall listed as “Cantonese, TK, ASL/CC” means that it will hosted in Cantonese, focus on transitional kindergarten, and provide American Sign Language or English Closed Captions.
NEW! Zoom links added, and will continue to be added throughout the week. Each school has one Zoom link, which will be used for all 4 town halls.

PreKindergartens that are located within elementary schools will present on the Elementary School days. See November 9 and November 10 for details.

Format of the town halls

Each town hall is 30 minutes long

School Presentation (10 minutes) - this portion will be recorded
Audience Q&A (20 minutes)

Town Hall Etiquette

Please join a town hall at the scheduled start time. You may leave the town hall once your questions have been answered.
You may join another school town hall that is in progress.
