Today's kids need to be able to find a sense of balance in their Digital Lives. We know that children are using their devices for many things: school work, research, videos, online gaming, and more. It's important that children recognize and have agency around finding a healthy media balance between their Digital Lives and their real lives. Providing support, guidance, and practice to help students figure out what balance looks like for them is encouraged.
