The safety of SFUSD students is extremely important both in their real life and their Digital Life. Privacy & Security focuses on students learning about the risks of sharing personal information online and how to keep their personal information safe while they are engaging in online activities. Students sharing information about themselves online is a part of their world and has many positive benefits and can lead to postive connections which is why it's important for students to learn strategies on how to keep themselves safe during their digital interactions. It is also beneficial for students to take a balanced approach by seeing both the rewards and dangers of of sharing private information online so they can have safe and healthy Digital Lives.
