How to Submit Paper or PDF Forms and Applications

Options to submit paper or PDF applications

Applications can be submitted in a variety of ways. Here are your options:

  • Take to your current SFUSD school
  • Email: Send scan or photos of your form to enrollinschool@sfusd.edu
  • Drop Off: Drop off your form in a secure dropbox at:
    • SFUSD District Office lobby at 555 Franklin Street (just inside the door)
    • Open Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm
  • Mail: Educational Placement Center, 555 Franklin St. Room 100, San Francisco, CA 94102
