Elementary Report Cards and K-HS Fall District Assessment Student Reports are now available in the Documents tab of ParentVUE however in the mobile app, clicking Documents opens the specific student document however does not allow the parent/guardian to navigate back to the main menu.

If you experience this, please delete the app and download it again. 

Our vendor is working to release a new version of the mobile app.


We enabled attendance notifications for families on 11/3/2020 to allow families to opt in to receiving emails when their student is absent. However notifications went out to students who were present, with the attendance code “positive” for distance learning. If you received a message about your student and they were present, please disregard the message. We apologize for this confusion.

We have disabled all attendance notifications and will be posting an update once this is enabled again. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us through the Family Resource Link line.

ParentVUE mobile app is inaccessible using an Android device.

Parents/guardians are not able to access information on the Gradebook tab. Clicking the tab results in an error message on the mobile app.
