Student Dance Contract

This form must be signed and returned when ticket is purchased

  1. Upon Ticket Purchase and Entering the dance, current, valid photo ID is required. “Valid” includes any government or current school year ID. Students with no photo ID on record must submit a request for a written letter of approval from the Principal in order to purchase a ticket.
  2. Name on ID MUST MATCH  the name on our dance list!
  3. Guests must be between 14-20 years old, and have a GUEST CLEARANCE FORM and DANCE CONTRACT on file at the time of the dance, submitted when ticket was purchased. (No switching guests on your own).
  4. DO. NOT. BRING. VALUABLES. You are not allowed to go to your locker during school dances. The school is not responsible for lost or stolen items, even if there is a coat check. This includes electronics and/or bags.
  5. Vandalism of any type, including tagging will not be tolerated, and violators will be subject to prosecution.
  6. The consumption of alcohol or drugs before or during the dance is prohibited. Students may be breathalyzed upon entry or during the event.
  7. Inappropriate dancing, including “freak dancing”, and as defined by ALHS Administration, will not be tolerated and may be cause for removal from the dance.
  8. The ALHS Admin reserves the right to refuse admittance OR remove anyone from the dance who exhibits improper behavior and/or dress.
  9. Students and guests are not allowed to go in and out of the premises during dance hours.
  10. All students and guests are to leave the premises once the dance ends. Please make sure that your ride is outside before the end of the dance.
  11. Students Must Wear: A shirt (with fabric in the front, back, and on the sides under the arms) AND pants/jeans or the equivalent (for example, a skirt, leggings, a dress or shorts) AND shoes.

ASB Dance Guest Clearance Form

As a guest of Abraham Lincoln High School, you will be expected to abide by the following stipulations:

  1. All of ALHS and SFUSD rules apply to guests.
  2. Picture identification and tickets for both host and guest are to be presented at the door upon arrival, or there will be no admittance, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  3. Identification and/or tickets must be produced during the dance if requested by supervising personnel.
  4. White out or any other type of alterations to this form are forbidden and will invalidate this form.
  5. All guests are to enter the dance with their host student.
  6. The host student is to buy their guest’s ticket when purchasing their own, and also submit guest’s signed copy of student dance contract at the time of purchase.
  7. Picture ID is required when obtaining the Dean’s signature and/or stamp.
  8. No reentry, no Ins/Outs, no one over the age of 20 allowed.

     *The Principal or Principal’s Designee, reserve the right to deny or withdraw access from any person will interfere with the peaceful conduct of school activities. Penal 626.7*
